Mine isn't up.

I love this squad and support them and know they have a manager that puts then in the best positions possible to win. Winning EVERY GODDAM MATCH against world-class competition doesn't happen. It just doesn't.

I have no complaints about that, but Commander Spock only chimes in when things don't go perfectly. Cuz all he wants is fugging 0-0 matches with 100% perfect tackles 100% of the damn time and never a team putting a shot on goal.

That's his fugging "ideal".

You still missing the defensive formations that never won a goddam thing of Brendan and Roy, Commander Spock? Whatcha wanna bet you won't answer this question.
I have no fricking clue how we played under Roy. I didn't watch a Liverpool game until 2010 or 11. Dalglish was managing. And we were a fairly attacking team, or at the very least a dangerous counter-attacking team, under Brendan when we had Suarez and Sterling. We sure didn't finish 2nd in the league because of our defense.

All I'm saying is that we lost today and it sucked, but it wasn't because KLOPP SUCKED or HENDERSON SUCKED or WIJNALDUM SUCKED or MANE SUCKED or SALAH SUCKED...

It was because Suarez and Messi (frick them forever and ever) made their shots and our forwards didn't.

Little bitches like Commander Spock who want Roy Hodgson back as manager want to criticize and critique.

But there isn't that much to it. They made their shots, Liverpool didn't.

Kinda simple.

'Pool had TONS of chances at making their shots AND THEY DIDN'T. To blame the manager or the defense for that is just fugging INSANE.

The Star Trek references went over my head. We had a bad night in front of goal and a few shaky moments where we turned the ball over in a bad spot. I thought the defense was fine. The first goal was borderline indefensible. I can’t fault the boys at the back for looking shaky when it’s 3v3 with a running head start. We had some head scratching passes in our third.

The refs won’t be as passive at Anfield. Hopefully Firmino and Naby will be fit. We have the ability to run that side off the pitch, just have to finish our chances and hope Messi isn’t godlike. If Villarreal can put 4 past them then Liverpool sure as hell can.

Wijnaldum basically did suck, but he was playing way out of position so I don’t blame him.

The Keita injury really hurt. He was running circles around their midfield. Dude is going to be an absolute stud for us next season

Watch the game late last night. 2 brilliant goals by Barca and one they didn’t quit on while our defense did...top that off with our inability to finish in big matches that’s plagued us all season and 3-0 is what you get. Not too mad at the team though, overall I thought we outplayed them so next match at Anfield is winnable, but overcoming a 3-0 deficit is going to be nearly impossible.

Respect to Messi though. I don’t follow La Liga so haven’t watched him play much...dude is unreal. After that match, the Messi vs Ronaldo debate goes to Messi IMO.

Meh, if we pounce early and take our chances we have a decent shot, it's not like they've been putting up clean sheets all year.

Plus that Anfield atmosphere is going to be nuts

I have no doubt we can put three past them, what I doubt is our ability to not concede to one of the most prolific scorers in the game. Defense will have to be absolutely lights out.

Yeah, but if Gomez is back at CB and TAA is back at RB I think we'll be okay as long as TAA can hold his shite together.

Gomez and VVD has always been our best CB partnership this year but we haven't seen it in you know 5 months

Rumor that Naby is out for the remainder of the season with an adductor injury

Well, maybe that means we see Ox return in full time midfield service.

Yeah, I'd be okay with that... Assuming he (and Firmino) are healthy, I'd love to see:

Alisson
TAA-Gomez-VVD-Robbo
Gini-Fabinho-Ox
Salah-Firmino-Mane

On Tuesday.

Think that's a pretty decent defensive set up that also gives you a ton of options in attack (especially with TAA and Robbo running the overlaps)
