You can rest easy now...
Klopp says Coutinho in his plans for game against Sevilla on Wednesday

We need him, time to put that shite behind us.

Ontop of the worst defensive performance I've seen live.
Good god our back line fricking sucks. They tore us apart clinically. Free headers, gaping holes for through balls, just terrible.
We look retarded for not signing any new defenders.
You know its bad when you WISH Lovren was out there.

At least some credit has to be given to City. There are not many clubs in Europe capable of handling Aguero, DeBruyne, Gabriel Jesus, and co. when they are at their best. Today they were at their best.

Yeah, our defense is bad enough with 11 players. It sucks our goal differential took a hit but it's one match. The worst part is Mane gone for 3 matches. Hopefully Cou coming back offsets Mane being gone.

Any of you guys gonna be at Finn's for our UCL match this week? Coming into Louisiana and will be between BR and NOLA next week...

Yeah, I agree... but it was piss poor on our part...
I get going for it down a man at 1-0 to try and scrap out a point... but once you go down 2-0, you sub off starters for UCL and just park the bus and try to preserve GD... we did the former, but not the latter..
But like I said earlier, in the grand scheme of things... It didn't bother me that much... losing to city at home was always a good possibility and we'll bounce back... I know our defense is suspect and will give up some shitty goals all season...

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my sports-watching life.

paul joyce @_pauljoyce Lvpl has the option to appeal 3-match ban for Mane, citing "excessive punishment," in hope it is downgraded to 1 or 2. Decision by 5pm

Late to the Man City gang rape. We went toe to toe with the most expensive 11 in history prior to Mane's red. Salah has got to improve his final ball. He should be leading the EPL in goals at this point based on his opportunities.
We were always going to allow a goal or 2 to THAT City side. They were on their A-game and we went down to 10. 5 was painful, but as Klopp said, I'd rather 1 5-0 arse kicking than 5 1-0 losses.
Onward to the Champions league, and welcome back little Magician, we need you!

yeah I didn't think we'd win that appeal. Not with all the photos leaking of the keepers face. Super unlucky but I think we're gonna be alright. We just seriously need to put salah in front of a goal at practice and make him take 100 shots a day at it. Dude has got to start putting his chances away

Mane is out 3 games because of the red.
At least it's only 2 league matches.

Burnley (EPL)
Leicester (League Cup)
Leicester (EPL)
Could have been a much worse run of games for us. More concerning is the Salah didn't practice today...

Saw Mane's three-match ban was upheld.
Was honestly hoping it got reduced. While I know there is some disagreement on whether the card should have been pulled or not, I like Mane as a player and it was pretty clear he was just going all out for the ball.
He certainly went up a few notches in a lot of City supporter's books when he issued the apology too. Class guy.
Two matches against Leicester may not be easy, but it could be worse. Wish you guys well in the upcoming matches.

At least one of them is in the Carabao Cup. Just throw in a kid for that game.

Considering the other two incidents over the weekend, I hoped that it would be reduced...
