He was very solid after he settled. He played some beautiful balls out of our MF that set up goals and he was a genuine spark off the bench, which we sorely lacked in the UCL final.

Work brain.
You’re right that they will likely stick with Naby/Fekir/Fabs

Your brain is working just fine Byrdman. You can’t spell our midfield next year without an O and an X. I get he won’t be back until November but you regulars know how I feel about that kid. He will become and was a stalwart in our XI until his injury. The fact that our CL Final midfield will now all be back ups tells you where we are heading.

This Business Inside article from Italy (yes, its in Italian, but if you right click on the article field hopefully you have the option to choose "translate" and get the article in broken English) expresses the point that AS Roma is still in a financial bind.

Hopefully this means that, public announcements aside, that they'll be willing to make a deal for Allison.

Scary thought for everyone we play, I have two teams looking to have very good seasons starting this year (Liverpool and LSU hoops)

So according to Reddit, Fekir is supposed to be in Liverpool tomorrow with his agent to finalize a deal and for a physical

That rumor is flying, let’s hop we get this done right now!!

Lol and it’s been shot down
I think we’ll get it done but it’s looking less likely that it’ll happen before the World Cup right now

Yeah I saw that shite, I love this time of year. I like that we have and continue to attempt to get moves done early though.

I have a feeling Fekir will be done this week. After watching Alisson this weekend and against us in the semni's, if we're going to break the bank on a keeper, we'd be foolish to not spring for Oblak. Alisson's distribution doesn't look near good enough for a Klopp team.

Can to Juventus is done, it's a 4 year deal... Kinda glad that whole saga is over and I think we still upgraded at his position

apparently Karius had a concussion during the CL final. ramos elbowed him 2 minutes before the first mistake.
cant find an English link.

I didn't even realize it had happened until after the game and I saw the replay video of the incident.
The distance the bench is away from the goal, unless Karius said something, I don't think Klopp or the medicos could have known either.
Maybe the head official? Since Karius, post-incident, was holding his head and trying to tell him what happened? Or Karius himself and don't try to "man it out" if you're feeling loopy/dizzy?

It's also sad Karius was allowed to continue playing after that.
I don't think anyone on our side knew that he'd been hit that hard. And the player himself is the last to necessarily know that something isn't right or that he needs to come off.
Its sad - Karius career, interaction with fans, etc. will all be based upon this.
A champions league final was decided by Ramos injuring two players with purposeful contact. Dude never even sniffed a yellow card.

He is such a POS.

If winning cups and championships means that my team has to practice the "dark arts", i.e. cheating and injuring other players, then count me out on those kinds of victories.
But the football media sure seems to be enamored with those "dark arts".

Some Ramos "dark arts" fan boy getting his down-voting practice in.
