Agreed. He's come a long way. How much of it is down to VVD coming in at the same time though? Having a guy like VVD who is clearly leading the line makes a huge difference in communication, etc.
That being said - he's making the saves you want/need him to make. Plus he fits the style of the side with his distribution.
I see no reason to spend Allison type money - Allison, imo, has been marginally better than the form Karius has shown the last month or two.
Ward is a capable back-up, but its possible we want to have someone whose better able to push Karius?
At the half now for me - agree with all points so far. Wish Solanke had buried that chance.
Whats weird to me - and must be infuriating for Everton fans - even with our weird line-up - Klavan at LB, new faces at forward, etc, Everton aren't really coming at us. Maybe their try to turn it up assuming we tire in the last 30 minutes or so?

Huge.. imagine if we get a proper partner for him in the summer? Id rather spend big on that as opposed to a keeper..

Everton have spent a lot of money on mid-table players.... £30mm for Bolasie??

Wayne Rooney is still a fricking child.

NOW we’re getting a derby!

Just get Henderson off. He brings nothing to this team.
We're not going to get one with this team.

I think it's part that but also part getting a run of games knowing he's #1

Really disappointed he's off - he's been terrible and slow - how he's part of a midfield 2 is beyond me.

Firmino coming on?
Unlike Big Sam, Kloppo is signaling his intent to get the 3 points here.

My boy Solanke flashes and flashes but he’s just snake-bit at finishing.
He's entering garbage territory.
These are the types of games you have to prove yourself when given a full 90 and he hasn't done anything at all.
I realize they have 8 back but he's not holding it up or creating anything either.

All things considered.. I'll take the point...

Yep, always hoping we’d nick one, but not unhappy at all.

Yeah, I'm fine with it... On to Tuesday

He was really really bad today.
Constantly lost the ball. Blew his sitter, couldn’t put the ball on goal in two others.
I was not impressed. That Everton team sucks arse.

Given that lineup and their tactics, sure.
That team is shite though. Glad we didn’t let one in ear the end.
Tuesday is all that matters right now and the guys that need runouts and rest got it.
