With ridiculous skill on the dribble as well. That was some Ronaldo-type shite.

Yes. Hit a fricking beastly strike across goal from the right, bounced off the inside of the left post and traveled down the touch line on the right side where he ran to meet it after the miss.

Defender closed on him and he no-look passed it back to himself down the touch line toward goal (couldn’t tell if he megged the defender in the process).

Dribbled toward the middle of the box and beat the keep a second time.

Fricking masterful.

Sorry to hear that. Seems like our players have had bad luck with fathers/family recently.

Also stinks in that he is pretty essential in how we would need to defend Burnley. Others can do the job, just not as well as he could.

I'm going to need Klopp to stop talking about the refs, please.

I've enjoyed the flow of these matches too much for him to ruin it.

I have gone back and watched the boys come on to the pitch as Anfield sings YNWA at least 10 times today.

Everyone knows how Burnley plays and they rarely get penalized for it. I agree that I prefer the game to flow, but there were some questionable tackles in the match and it’s odd that not even a yellow was shown.

I would say he was solid and didnt look out of place... which is good given his age..

Shaqiri to Lyon for £9.5 mil, original offer was for £4 mil.

I am going to need our transfer negotiators to assist me in buying/selling vehicles from now on.

I thought Harvey played well - especially with the ball.

I have no way of knowing if his pressing/defensive positioning was great, good, or mediocre, but he didn't seem lost in the formation or leave us open.

He almost had an assist (Mo barely off-side) and had the hockey assist on Sadio's goal.

He clearly has some quickness, technical ability, and a bit of guile. Definitely a good game for an 18 year old. He did not seem out of place in the squad in any way.

Liverpool have agreed a £9.5 million fee for the sale of Xherdan Shaqiri to Lyon.

The Switzerland international has been given permission to undergo a medical with the French club with personal terms already agreed.

I’ve really enjoyed the games I’ve watched so far this season, as far as the leniency of officiating goes. I get Klopp wants the players to be protected, especially after the injuries of the last season, but players have been so soft for years now and the officiating has allowed for a play style that was infuriating to watch as a spectator more often then not.

I’m all for letting the players play. Maybe a yellow or two could have been given out on Saturday, but I didn’t see anything too egregious that wasn’t called. And the rate of play and physicality was really fun to see.
