previously posted, but I'm glad you reposted. Still trying to figure out which kit to get this year.

This one may be THE ONE.

Nastasic hurt. May miss first week or two

That's a damn nice kit. I still love the 2009-10 third kit as well.

He's in the list of subs, so it probably just depends on how the game goes

Yeah. I just looked. He is the only forward listed as a sub, and they are playing two forwards. I bet he comes on for 25 minutes or so.

Gentlemen, I think we're going to be alright this season. Granted we weren't playing a top-tier opponent but the fluidity and movement was beautiful. That was some of the best soccer I've ever seen from a MC squad.

Chillin.

I guess Pellegrini didn't think we would need another striker with Dzeko, Aguero, and Negredo. I was kind of surprised Richard wasn't on the bench too.

Really looking forward to Nastasic in this lineup. Love the way that kid plays.

ETA: Reading on Blue Moon, it looks like Jovetic picked up a nick. I thought only Les said that

shite match yesterday.

-Yaya plays great in the big ones but my God he looked like total arse.
-Dzeko is going to be a solid option soon. Just needs some consistent time starting.
-I'm 99% sure Negredo would have subbed in for Aguero had Dzeko not gotten hurt. I would have liked to see those 2 paired up.
-Why did we let Kolo go and not have a replacement?
-Nastasic needs to come back ASAP
-So does Kompany
-I have to wonder just how long Hart's leash is. I'm not advocating a change, but the rumblings are growing louder.

Something to watch in the Champions League Q's this week.
Upsets could help City's seed

Nice relaxing transfer day for us.

I still feel like we should've kept Barry, but I guess the skipper felt he was redundant with Fernandinho, Yaya, JRod, and Javi all in the mix.

There's a handful of City fans that post here but they don't really seem to post day to day discussions like in some of the other threads.

I don't watch all that much English football but I do tend to watch Man City fairly often because my girlfriend likes them, or mainly David Silva I discern.

The odd thing about Man City so far this year is that for all the grief Mancini got the team looks like it has exactly the same issues so far under Pellegrini.

Fantastic home form but usually looking poor away against much less talented sides.

Having trouble creating/finishing chances for long stretches considering the number of super star attacking players they carry.

Still not getting consistent play from holding mid even if Fernandinho is the most effective they've had at least since De Jong.

Edin still being Dzeko and Hyde.

Aguero not looking like he's certain of his position when Dzeko plays.

Joe Hart not being all that great.

I think Pellegrini's a better manager than Mancini (even if his formation against Bayern seemed ridiculous) but how the roster actually fits together may have been a bigger issue for them than a lot of people thought?

I see I see..hopefully they'll come out for a lil discussion

Personally, I love Pellegrini way more than Mancini. I think the players respect him a lot more.

The summer acquisitions were a big boost. Navas adds a dimension we were missing last year. Negredo has started well.

The thing that disappoints me right now is the defense. Not in sync all the time esp. with Kompany out. They put Hart in a lot of bad spots. Don't get me wrong though...Hart has had a horrible start. He looks like he lacks confidence. Hopefully that improves..

I really just want to see some Champions League success. I think Pellegrini can take us there.

The BPL looks like a three horse race between City Arsenal and Chelsea IMO
