Sheikh Jassim submitted a fifth bid to buy 100% of Manchester United. It’s an improved bid with clear indication: take it or leave it. ?????? #MUFC
There will be no more bids from Qatari group — after this Friday, Sheikh Jassim will no longer engage with the process.

Are there no british people or companies to buy it?

If you had told me 10 years ago I'd much rather have a terrorist owner than an American owner I never would have believed it, yet here we are...

The other bidder is a British guy. I think the most likely scenario is that the Glazers don't sell or take the British guy's bid since he will let them keep a minority stake in the club. Who knows how ridiculous that Qatari bid is though.

if true, the glazers are done with them I think. The other dude is offering to keep them onboard….united fans are gone be pissed lol.
I’m glad the Qatar deal will fall through because united is one of the few clubs that truly don’t need the money. It’s like Real Madrid being bought by saudis….nobody would be able to compete with them.
It would be good to see Qatar buy a club like spurs though…massive potential

That doesn't make sense. United don't have the money to compete with city or other european giants. Over 900 million in debt, club had to sign loans from burnley and bayern in january because they didn't have the funds to purchase anyone. shite the Glazers don't even have the funds to update any of the facilities.
Just look at PSG they are state owned and a complete trainwreck but $ is the name of the game. No one can compete with City in the "best" league in the world because they can outspend everyone else.

pretty sure i read somewhere that united has spent more than city since pep arrived. the money is there and always has been...the recent lack of transfers is down to the sale process only.
psg is a good example that money can't buy success on the field. City are only successful because of their elite management. they hired the guys responsible for the 2009 - 2011 barca dynasty with pep and a couple of guys in director roles.
what united need is a proper director of football that has power over scouting and tranfers. ten hag is a good enough coach. they need to follow the liverpool model under Klopp.

Ask Malaga about sheiks and ownership.
Not all of the terror funding sheiks are good owners
