Not Babylon Bee

quote:

Despite concerns over human rights in the country, FIFA's evaluation reporting scored that issue as a medium risk in its assessment, which resulted in Saudi Arabia scoring 419.8 points out of 500 -- the highest evaluation score of any previous World Cup bidder.

Obv, it’ll be in the winter again.

That's the absolute most FIFA thing I'll ever read.

ETA misread the quote.

I’m very curious how they are going to enforce their rules on female fans.

It’s one thing to have a handful of female tennis players wear normal outfits while playing in Saudi Arabia. It’s quite another to have thousands of female fans with the same standard.

Does MBS think he can pay off the religious forces within the country once Saudi women expect to be treated the same as non Saudis?

I thought they meant highest score as in good, but when I read the article I realized the risk score should be low, not high.

Not just the female fans but the horde of IG hoors that are looking for a payday by allowing Saudi Princes to defecate on them.

the country's plans to construct several new stadiums between now and 2034, including a so-called "stadium in the sky" in the yet-to-be-built city of Neom, which is planned to be built 350 metres above the ground.

How many will die constructing this under virtual slave labor conditions?

I’m in Liverpool right now, and that’s the issue most ppl are pissed about, not interrupting the EPL season, which I suppose is humane of the guys we’ve encountered.

Based MBS has presided over great reform and is perhaps the strongest ally to our returning God Emperor. I'd happily revisit his thriving kingdom for a WC.

Extra marks for the built in excuse to leave the misses at home, innit lads?
