The thing is the Russian fans are orgnizaed gangs almost operating military like. Picking off England fans in small groups.
These guys are sober have been training to fight and brough weapons with them.
The England fans are the complete opposite drunk and not organized at all that might end up in a scrap.

If that happens they should be banned from the Euro for 20 years and have the WC moved to a joint England/Wales host.
