I think it’s great that Liverpool are going to be the team who hold the title for the shortest amount of time.

With PL starting Sept 12 & all clubs agreeing to minimum 30-day break:
-PL side in EL final can’t play before Sept 21
-PL side in CL final can’t play before Sept 23
-PL side in Super Cup (on Sept 24) might not play until 3rd weekend @TheAthleticUK

one clarification

Let’s say Chelsea wins the FA Cup putting Wolves into Europa as 7th place. Then Wolves gets to the final of Europa but loses.

Wolves will have to play a Europa Qualifying round during that break period

Or another scenario. Arsenal wins the FA Cup so Wolves isn’t in Europe next year momentarily. Wolves doesn’t win Europa, so they start at the second round of the Carabao Cup, which is usually before the Premier League starts. If they make a deep run in Europa that second round Carabao Cup Match will fall within the 30 days

Also EFL Championship and League Two clubs involved in the playoffs probably won’t have 30 days between that and round 1 of the Carabao Cup where they start
