Predictions for the big one tomorrow

I think it'll be a decisive Barca win. That trio up top is just going to run Juve ragged. I could be wrong, but for Juve to hope to defend them, they'll have to give up too much to attack effectively. But don't use me as your betting expert.

Hoping Juve wins. Either way, someone's getting a treble.

I'm no Juve fan, but rooting more for Serie A and Italian football in general.

The Champions League final's key points

If you want to know everything about tonight's Champions League final, then do not miss the following key points.

An eighth final for both sides. The big game in Berlin will be Juventus and Barcelona's eighth European Cup or Champions League final.

One losing streak... The 'Bianconeri' have lost their last three Champions League finals (1996/97, 1997/98 and 2002/03). The last time they lifted the title was in 1995/96 when they beat Ajax on penalties.

...And a winning streak. The Catalans on the other hand have won their last three Champions League finals (2005/06, 2008/09 and 2010/11). Their last defeat was against Italian side AC Milan in 1993/94.

Italy fears Spain. There have been seven European Cup or Champions League finals between Serie A and La Liga teams. Spain leads Italy four wins to two.

A less than favourable opponent. Barcelona have only won two of their eight encounters with Juventus in European competition. Two wins, two draws and four defeats.

Juventus. The Italians are unbeaten against Barcelona in the Champions League. They have only played them twice before: in the quarter-finals in 2002/03. They drew 1-1 at the Delle Alpi and beat the Catalans 2-1 at the Camp Nou.

Morata. Spain's top scorer in this year's tournament with four goals in his last six games.

Neymar. He has joined Rivaldo and Messi as the third Barcelona player to score nine or more goals in a single Champions League campaign.

A lethal strike partnership. Barcelona are the first team to have two players with nine or more goals to their name in a single Champions League season (Messi 10 and Neymar 9).

A record on the line. Xavi could become the player with the most ever Champions League appearances. He is currently level with Casillas (150).

Probably more like 2-0 Barca. I think Juve holds them off in the first half, then Barca score around 60-70 and then get another late one to clinch it.

Juve's normally given free reign to wrestle in the box.

it will be interesting to see...but i just won't believe that the refs will let physicality reign over one of these small spanish sides

promoting "playing small" in-game has been the big thing for the past 6+ years. i'll believe it changes when i see it

I think that Chiellini's out and Barzagli is not 100% will diminish what chance Juve did have. In particular, defending a lead by going to a back three if they get a goal on the counter. Ogbonna has been kind of a mess so if he has to play it could be ugly and Caceres is perhaps available but just returning from a long injury.

I'm with the 3-1 Barca crowd.
