I believe it's for Smith to get some first team action, for sure. From the bench, at least. Moreno is such a bonehead.

Also I think Allen has earned a start.

I just did the same thing P&G, comedy gold. Of course, watching out beloved manager was great too.

The Jurgen/team dogpile at the end gave me a full on erection.

You could insert about half the positions on the field right now and be right

I'm still pissed we somehow missed out on alli and let Spurs have him. Fricking Rodgers et all. He'd be incredible under klopp.

Pretty much our entire top four hopes rest on a strong run from us and a big drop off from Spurs. I think Leicester is too far away and you know city and Arsenal will make it.

Migs - not much more to say. Had a 25% save rate yesterday. I don't think it's all his fault but the problems are considerable.

Can needs a rest. I thinks he's just played too many games and his performance had suffered.

lallana - you could tell the difference he makes to the front three when he went in - I know he plays a different role than be but Ibe just isn't ready yet to do the things that lallana does to open up space. My hope is that lallana becomes a rotating squad player next year that starts a lot of games to give rest to our attackers and pretty much goes all out every game he plays. I think that would be a great role for him.

Pretty stoked the way things ended yesterday. What you have to like is the character we showed coming back from 3-1 and when it was tied up after '90. What you have to hate is how easily we lost leads twice yesterday.

Yeah, I think he's got a great upside, but in a perfect world, he'd have been brought along slowly the past couple of seasons.. not thrown in as a full time starter.. he does make foolish mistakes. Hopefully, we'll benefit from all the experience in the next few seasons..

I won't rehash my thoughts on Lallana, but I could be on board with that role... bottom line, if he plays well and earns it, he'll be here.. Im cool with it..

Those positions will get crowded if we bring in AT and if Markovic comes back

I'm conflicted on Moreno... I really like him, especially in attack (obviously).. he does leave something to be desired defensively, although his pace makes up for it at times and has bailed himself and others out of jams at times... so with this current set up he seems somewhat of luxury player, but with an upgraded CB pairing, GK and DM... he could be worth sticking with..

All that said, I wouldn't be opposed to an upgrade in the summer or at the very least.. competition. Word is we are actively pursuing that Portuguese LB... I know nothing about him..

Simon Mignolet has conceded six goals from the last eight shots on target. He has now conceded 32 goals in the Premier League, making only 43 saves. Of all keepers to have made more than eight appearances this season, he ranks 21st out of 22 for shots saved per game.

As we were heading off the pitch did anyone else see that Norwich guy say something to Klopp? Whatever it was it set him off a bit. He was talking to Lucas and Toure had just hugged The Brain and some little bald headed guy said something to Klopp and he and Toure looked like they were none too happy with what he said. Some people got in the way but it looked contentious, even the studio guy said something about it. I think our manager is starting to piss some people off.......I love it.

I think the Norwich coach was just salty after the loss, and took a shot at Klopp. He's been told to calm down by a few opposing managers this year.

It looks to me like Klopp is not the type to take a whole lot of sh*t. Of course, I fully understand that I absolutely love everything Klopp so I might be biased.

TFTC, I just watched Spurs - Palace and it makes me sick that they beat us to Alli. I just read somewhere that BR was sort of saying it wasn't his call to not get the deal done. I just remember it seemed like he was in the bag and then he was signing with Spurs. Props to them, they got the thing done and we were left twisting. Jesus, between the incompetent committee and BR we sure screwed the pooch an awful lot the past couple of years. Thank God those days are over but we're still dealing with em.

The guy supposedly was pissed at how Klopp celebrated with the team in front of the Norwich bench.

well..... if the shoe was on the other foot.... playing Devil's Advocate here, but the point remains....

i think Klopp will realize that the English are a little more subdued in their celebratory style than what flew in the Bundesliga.... time will tell

but really, as long as we win, IDGAF what anyone else thinks....

Screw that I want klopp to celebrate after every goal we score. I personally don't care what any opposing manager thinks about klopp. He's our coach and he's gonna win us the league

But first we need a keeper......

Let's talk about firmino and the false 9....

Three games now - two very good performances against Arsenal and Norwich. One where he was kind of lost - against Man U. are we all in agreement that scoring 3, 0 and 5 goals is better than our previous record? Is it sustainable or will teams adjust? Can firmino give us enough minutes to make it work? When he drops out of the lineup there is no backup and we have to play completely different (unless we sign Tex)
