yeah, the guys up front really didnt look sharp at all... hate these int'l breaks... Studge and Origi should have come on much earlier IMO...

Unfortunately, when we've kept a clean sheet this season, we don't score either...

Man, Bobby really should have put that one away...

It's not an ideal result, but I'm not completely torn up by it, I kinda expected it at some point, we just need to get back on form for Sunderland.

The bright side is, if Chelsea don't come up with a result tomorrow, we stay top of the table.

We really didn't allow them any chances.
New had three that should have gone in.

I mean - it sucks we didn't get the three points be we did play well. I do agree that Cou looked tired and perhaps he should have been a sub.

But we played plenty well enough to win. And we should have won.

They clearly played for the draw... but we had our chances! At least we didnt concede a silly goal and have kept our unbeaten streak in tact..

That was a big positive for me.

They never really came at us, but Matip and Lovren dealt with everything. At Southampton and at Bournemouth looked to be the toughest of our upcoming matches IMO, so 1 point isn't the end of the world.

Still a long way to go and I'm still wary of considering us true title contenders. To me, the goal remains top 4.

Lot of noise about us going in for Virgil Van Dijk in January... As much as I hate to go back to SOTON, I think you do it and pay what it takes... a backline of Matip and VVD, both in their mid twenties, has you set for the foreseeable future... Maybe we have to wait until summer, but by then it may be too late... Hell offer Sakho as a make weight.. Maybe their French manager rates him...

He's one I thought we should have bought from Celtic for cheap, just like Wanama ad just like we should go after Dembele (before someone else snaps him up and then we'd have to pay over the odds)

I know... plus, they are saying we're in for their young LB - McQueen, too...

edit: To be honest, they owe us one for giving them £20mm for Lovren!!!

It's like an LFC feeder system!!! Jesus, it seems like we haven't played in a month.

Yeah, this no mid-week games is killing me... I hate waiting a full week, on the plus side, I do see the benefit of not having those games down the stretch (at least for one season), it's nice for LFC games to be enjoyable again

Exactly what Klopp is doing. Build a team that is deep, talented and all on the same page tactically. We are going to have to figure out these teams parking the bus though guys.

I'll be pretty surprised if Coutinho doesn't have a fracture

Yeah, kinda what I'm thinking too... But hey on the plus side, Origi looked pretty sharp, and we kept a clean sheet plus the three points. All in all, a good day even with the injury

I enjoyed seeing Klopp telling the fans to get off their asses. The crowd responded and the players did as well.
