I'd take it. Like you said, can fill in on a wing but probably more effective as a more advanced midfielder.
All that said, soccer transfers are like football recruiting on steroids. You really can't believe anything til you see a lean.

Definitely. I have to say that this summer seems like it will give us all practice in edging ourselves.
Love the talk of Virgil.

I agree, I lot could change between now and the summer... So, I take it with a grain of salt..

great pace and strength... if Klopp can get him to "get" the little things, he'll be a fine addition...

Back to the 4-3-3.
Lucas sitting deep in midfield.

not looking too sharp early on...

After a slow start, Liverpool are obviously the sharper, more dangerous team.
They're just playing patiently.

Fantastic finish.
Beautiful work on that last set piece.
Origi is contributing nothing today save for drawing that last foul/yellow setting up the set piece. He truly falls in love with the ball at his feet.
Lets do dis.

to be fair, they are sitting with two banks of four... hopefully, this goal draws them out... but I do agree, Origi needs to do more..

At the very least he can pass the ball when 2 or more West Brom players start coming to him. Instead, because he loves the ball at his feet, every time he thinks he can dribble out of the pressure.

Millie needed to put that chance away to put us up 2. But we are finding some space for chances. Bobby barely offside

Twice now players have taken shots (Origi, Coutinho) instead of passing the ball to unmarked players either in the box or making a run to the box (Can, Firminho).

In Origis defense from myself, his shirt is likely torn in multiple places from all the holding on him today.

Wouldn't mind seeing Sturridge come on right now
Speak of the devil, he's about to come on
