Fune Moras, Coleman (or is it the other one?) and Schneiderlin out - we'd better put a few goals in on these guys. They're without a good bit of their starting back 5/6.

He's a dirty cünt. Would rather him sit so I'm not worried about Manè catching studs to the knee

Been a pretty decent start from Lovren in the Lukaku department

Good note to start the home stretch of the season. All very winnable games. Hopefully we can keep up the intensity and probably more importantly now, stay healthy.
Coutinho, Lovren, and Lucas were all excellent today

- Damn, I hope Mane is OK.
- Everton always seems to me to be a team of cheap-shotting punks.
- No complaints at all about any of the play today excepting (1) the passing by all was kinda sloppy in the 1st half and (2) the damn set play by Everton, THE DAMN SET PLAY.
- Welcome back, Divock Origi. Keep that up for the rest of the year because we're going to need you,
- Though, yes, there were a number of players that overall had much more impact on the game, I'm still awarding Lucas MotM for the job he did today. Just because I want to. I'm sure he's thrilled.

Hopefully, after further examination, the doctors will provide better news.

So TAA had more shots on goal and Mignolet had the same number of take ons as Lukaku today

So, in response to my last post on Mane, this one sounds like better news:

quote:
“It doesn’t look like he’ll be ready for Wednesday,” said Klopp, referring to the Reds’ home game against Bournemouth.
“Hopefully it’s not too serious. We will see.”
Asked what the injury is, Klopp said: “I don’t know exactly, and I don’t want to speculate. Doesn’t look like it’s just a knock. It didn’t look like he felt comfortable.”
On a more positive note, reporter Carl Markham reported that Mane walked out of Anfield showing that it may not be as bad as first feared – and most positively, he did not have a brace on.

Today is a good day. Hope Mane is okay

Since the last time Everton beat us at Anfield, Blackpool has been in the fourth division, been promoted all the way up to the premier league, and been demoted back down to the fourth division...

I hate teams below us having marches in hand, makes me think of 14 with City.
