I imagine if there are any gaps with games without coverage, they'd now be on those Extra Time packages to fill air time.

Yeah I guess so. I love it because I have to go through OnDemand with Comcast to watch these games, but you can't switch between games when you do that.

NBC does such a fantastic job, I would hate for them to lose the deal.

ESPNs World Cup 2014 coverage was fantastic so I know they can handle it. Just, please, anything other than fox.

You live in an apartment or something or have a bunch of trees that keeps you from getting satellite.

I dont think i could even live somewhere where comcast is my only option. Every time i go home i shake my head and my friends cable product.

I was trying to decide if I could risk going to my folks early and watching Everton there (gotta help them with some things) or whether Comcast would be too dicey.

This solves that issue, I suppose.

Sounds like bidding is moving swiftly. Makes me kinda nervous. Keep us updated if/when info is released if possible.

I hope NBC keeps the EPL. I know the next bidding will cost a pretty penny.

I hear this all the time about Comcast but the Xfinity products and service I get in Houston are great. Great picture, great guide/ondemand interface, and crazy fast internet. I have friends that go through Uverse and the difference is not even close.

I have to agree with this sentiment. Uverse blows.
