Pepi started as a right winger for Augsborg today. He didn't score.

Augsborg won 3-0 over Wolfsburg with John Brooks starting.

Turns out Haji Wright scored a goal and had an assist for Antalyaspor yesterday.

He has 7 goals in the Turkish SuperLig this season.

To the list he goes, because why not?

He had a hat trick really early on this year and then a dry spell.

Lives in a great location though so good for him.

Djordje looks a level above
Not a striker but I would prefer Mihailovic to Roldan right now for midfield/wing depth. He had a brace in the last game and both were fantastic finishes. His service into the box was also great. I doubt GGG picks him unless Roldan gets injured though because “Roldan knows the system.”

I worry this will be the case for a lot of depth roster decisions since we won't have many windows to introduce new faces. Almost feels like that any player that didn't feature for the USMNT post-COVID will have to play at a ridiculous level with their club to get a chance. Hopefully some striker starts bagging an obscene number of goals and forces Gregg's hand.

frick Qatar and their winter world cup.

Djordje had 14 assists last season too. He got called into the January camp and the reports about him were good but pretty sure he didn't play against Bosnia

Dike likely out for the season with West Brom after having an injury setback.

There was a stretch like a year and a half ago where it looked like Bacon could find a way back in the picture.

He was bagging goals with some nordic club, then he just inexplicably was without of club for a few months.

FS2 is running a magazine show about the gold cup title, and it got me thinking, what is Dike up to at west brom? is there any chance he makes the roster?

I guess he could get a run this summer during nations league. I was really hoping he’d find a spot. good ole edmond oklahoma baw

Definitely has had one of the strangest careers of any player I can think of.

well shite. I still laugh whenever he comes up in discussion because of that watke video breaking down Barnsley’s strategy of kicking the ball as high in the air as possible

Pepi came off the bench in the 71st minutes in a 2-1 win for Augsburg. He didn't score, but he at least played striker this time and not on the wing.

Balogun starting on the bench for Middlesbrough today against Fulham. In fact, the only USMNT eligible player starting in that match is...

Tim Ream.

I’m willing to bet a pretty large sum of money that he ends up starting our first WC game.
