Not a penalty. What a fricking terrible call. Vardy kicked the ball away and then initiated contact with Monreal. Not to mention the ref failed to call the foul on Ozil from Morgan vaulting over the top of him, which immediately preceded that.

No, it's not a penalty. Not in a million fricking years. Vardy loses the ball with a bad touch, then runs straight into Monreal who wasn't even in line with the ball. If Vardy runs in the direction of the ball he gets no where near Monreal. He knew what he was doing and the ref bought it.
