Should have done better there.

England back four is pathetic

Isn't it funny how different the American culture is from the rest of the world?
They called this game Luis Suarez's "Battle of Wounded Knee".
If a US commentator said this at an NBA game he would be fined and suspended.

I don't know, first time ball rolling across the box, defender in front having to go for far post. He could have certainly taken a bit off the shot and gone more finesse less power.

Welbeck should've done better there.

Lol at you people who don't think that was a yellow, intentionally moving your arm into the path of the ball is a yellow. Could have been a red because it prevented a goal scoring opportunity as Rooney was the intended recipient of the pass, and he was through on goal.
It was probably yellow because the pass was to Rooney. If he had wanted to score the pass would have been to anyone else.

Both defenses are horrid, they will certainly give up some garbage goals today.

Still better than Rooney's - at least it was in play

He's been awful since the slip.

Both keepers look shaky as hell.
I hope that England brings in their dynamic midfielders as subs. Neither side is doing all that much at the moment.

England is so far less impressive than the Italy match. Nothing really free flowing at all, Sturridge and Sterling have hardly been involved. England's midfield really not doing much of anything.
