As a long-time USMNT supporter and someone who's followed the game for a substantial amount of time, I should know better than to hype up young players with a good run of form, much less a young English player in Rashford.
That said, these young guys coming in and taking over big matches is just too god damned exciting. I can't wait for the eventual moment when they've become stars and Jose decides to sell them to City for 50 million pounds a piece. 100 million is a small price to pay for 3rd place finishes!

I just want him to keep wearing No. 85 when he comes to United.
ETA: He shares an agent with Mourinho, so that's one young player who'll probably play a good bit under him.

Isn't that an absurd fee for a teenager? I know he's one of the best young players in the world, but that just seems outrageous.

I've seen smaller numbers. But it's worth noting that he has been one of the best players for a team that made it to the UCL quarterfinals, even at that age.
