KDB is the man what an effort
Not sure why he’s never in the conversation for best in the world because he’s been at least top 5 for years now

Soft penalty call but it was deserved

Leipzig is decent draw. Should postpone the incoming heartbreak until later.

Was just coming to post this. I thought for sure we would draw PSG. I like our chances against Leipzig.

More good news from the weekend. Excited to see him get some senior minutes eventually.

Right back atcha.
I don't seem to recall KDB having to be a flopper before in his career. Yet, here we are.

4th round draw is Liverpool. Days after WC final. Haaland v Salah plus academy call-ups. Great..

Posted this in the Match day thread:

City just not playing good football the last few weeks. Brentford with two goals on four counters. Should have been 4-0.

For as long as I’ve watched city, they have been vulnerable to the counter. It sickens me.

Brentford were able to keep Haaland in check and stifle City’s usually excellent play out wide. Gundogan had a terrible game.

Rat Phuck.

Terrible football from City.

City will not catch Arsenal.

A lot of what you’re saying is correct with our recent form

However it will be a different league after the WC and we are still well within striking distance

You’re also assuming Arsenal keeps it up - they are due for a bad run of form and have no championship pedigree. I’d be worried if we were behind Liverpool.

Match week 16, still play Gunners twice. Walker out, Dias in Pep purgatory.. come on now.

City will be fine. Players were focused on not getting hurt before heading to Qatar.

We still get to play Arsenal twice and I don’t think Arsenal has the depth to get through the Carabao, FA and Europa games unscathed.

At the end of the day; if City can’t beat their own second team players they don’t deserve to be champions.

I’ll say it again, I do NOT want to think of the day when Pep is not our gaffer. I’d rather more than 2 years but I feel like that’s Peps play.

Apparently it will be 1 year with another year option. I feel like if Pep stays any longer this is what his contracts will all be going forward.

So strange how long he’s stayed here but he has his players , support from owners to do whatever, has built arguably the best team in Europe just needs to cap with a UCL title.
He really wants it here.

Wow…found this thread way back on page 7!

Call me an a-hole, but I’m glad that KDB gets three weeks to rest up!
