Everton needs to scratch out a result against Sunderland tomorrow. Hate to even type it out but we're all Toffees tomorrow.

They did the job today.
3rd place and we've only taken 3 points out of out last 5 PL matches.

What are everyone's thoughts on the match with Real Madrid today?
Side question: how big of a deal is it for players to be able to compete in Champion's League?

Watching the pre game show on CBS and they cut to Trent walking out for warm ups and they absolutely let him have it

Man, Salah just can not beat a man 1v1 on the wing anymore. I cringe every time he gets the ball out there because he is going to lose it most of the time

even if he does beat him, he likely wont' put the shot on target anyway. He's had a really rough start to the year.
Szobo and Mac need to keep shooting, and we need to follow up the shot (as if we were a bunch of 12 year olds). We deserved a goal that 1st half.

He just looks panicky and planless when he gets the ball in the final third. Just booted one right into a defender, and there was no where else that ball could go
ETA: and just like that he comes to life and puts one on a platter for Gakpo. But Courtois, as he always does against us, makes a miraculous save

Best 90 minutes of the season
Really encouraging to see

That was delightful. A dominant performance reminiscent of the Liverpool I’ve seen 100’s of times.
Very satisfying to see TAA ride the pine for 90’ and put up a very weak 15’ or so getting drowned out everytime he takes possession.

First time I've watched Liverpool all season look defensively sound. Honestly if it was any keeper besides Courtois I think Liverpool wins 3-0.

Wirtz had one of his better games of the year without a doubt.

Bradley needed to sign his jersey and give it to Vini Jr. He and Dom put on a show today.

roberton is miles better than kerkez. gravenberch is essential in midfield, he and mccalister are what we need for defense. i'm not sold on wirtz or kirkez yet. I dont think they are strong enough to play in the EPL yet.

I hope Konate has his head screwed on straight today. I like Wirtz starting on the left and then bringing on a fresh Gakpo in the 65th minute. Salah was incredible at The Etihad last season. He's going to finish his big chance when it comes today.

Pretty soft PK for City

Konate yet again. So many different ways to not frick that up. Bradley had position and played it perfectly. Just stay out of the way you moron.

Konate……unbelievable
We’ve got to find another center back.
