This team just isn’t gelling. May need to bench Flo. I think a big problem is relying in gapko on the left as well. He is not a weekly starter

nah. he is taking some time to adjust to the league and his teammates, but he still is special out there. When he finds his groove on this team they are going to be very hard to beat.
Konate is a problem. He's been terrible for the most part. So many bad passes (almost gave up a goal and got Allison hurt in the process b/c of a terrible pass he gave away yesterday), and his headers are laughable. When he does actually make contact, it's as if he has no idea where it's going to go. It's like he's scared to use his head. He's either not heading it, or missing it and it's going off the side his head.
I think the bigger issue is how Salah has played. We don't seem to feed him the ball like we were last year and let him attack. He seems to be playing more with his teammates and trying to figure that out as opposed to being the best player on the team that we just give the ball to and let him do his magic. There's not the open space on that right side like there was last year, i think b/c of Frimpong being such an offensive threat. We really needed a RB who was more of a defender, and a LB who could push the ball down the side and help create, like Antonee Robinson did last year with Fulham and his 10 assists. TAA isnt' a defender, but he allowed Salah to have his space. Frimpong is pretty much right there with Salah, and they just havent' figured it out yet.

I would agree. Konate has been fricking terrible. Kerkez is never pushing the ball.

Mac allister is basically short Jordan Henderson. He just passes the ball sideways and scores 2-3 bangers a year.
Ekitike should start until isak shows he can work. We don’t have another option at RW but Mo has been bad. Ali masked a lot of deficiencies by being the best 1v1 keeper of all time
