I like it.. low risk and possibly high reward..
I realize he's been injured a bit lately and seems to have had confidence issues after those red cards in the UCL... I think he'll benefit from a change of scenerey and the EPL suits his playing style..
If he doesnt work out, he goes back next season and Jacquet and Leoni are that much farther along..

Something was wrong with their audio - the first fifteen minutes or so was just stadium noise and it was glorious. Then the commentators kicked in.

Season starts soon.
We have a lot of business to complete. And then integrate. I have never understood not trying to get transfer business done early. You tend to know in late may or early June what needs to be done.

friggin oof, Iraola said that his side played a good first 30 minutes but "they don't have much more, in terms of the levels required to play like this".
Pretty telling on what Slot was (or wasnt doing) in training. Also makes sense on why they looked absolutely gassed in the last stages of a lot of games.

Missed the second goal, but solid 2-0 win. Love the urgency I see in recovering the ball and starting the counter. Clear difference in attacking mindset post-Slot.
I think after Christmas I think there is potential to see Liverpool playing tails-up football again.
Depth is still an issue. Rio needs to mature a bit in final-third decisions, but also still want him taking on defenders AND shots. He’ll grow as the season goes on.
Loved seeing Jacquet getting a goal already. Guy is massive.
Gakpo with a goal and assist is big. I am starting to hope we keep him. He takes focus off of the others because of the threat of passes and shots. Rio can learn a lot from him, and will look better if we can get good striker play.
I love Isak, but I still prefer Ekitike… I hope he can come back healthy.

Jacquet and Araujo good... That's really the first time I'd ever seen Jacquet play a match and was really impressed... Frimpong, for once, didnt look useless at RB today..
I dont really like Rio on the right... just doesnt seem to suit his skillset...

I don’t have a good deal for our hometown numbers but it’s got to be tight.
Cody may stay - or just speaking as if he will so that spurs bid higher. Ideally I’d like
Him to stay as we need depth for a full season and would be an ideal sub for many games too.
