Standard Chartered will be replaced by Turkish Airlines starting next year as the front sponsor on our kit. Deal is for 5 yrs £300 million

If they do it without the logo which is what I’ve seen insinuated, it looks pretty clean. Anything besides Standard Chartered is going to be super weird but compared to some of the other horrific sponsors you see on kits, I’ll take this all day
ETA: here’s a mockup with the logo included. Still not terrible imo

Kerkez was always a questionable signing. Absolutely boggled my mind. He is below average from an athletic standpoint, and that’s before we even get to the tactical side.
He brings decent passing in possession and good width, which is favorable in Iraola’s system, but there is a reason you see the Greek Scouser getting sneaky minutes at the end of matches. He even mentioned it in post-match interviews.
