Do you guys think LFC is going to make Borini a significant part of next year's rotation? Or do you think you will go after bigger fish this summer. I'm really hoping we can keep him at Sunderland and poyet has said the same. Dude has been awesome as of late.

He's played very well for Sunderland. We'll need him for Europe next year. Hoping he makes it back.

SSN is reporting we have made a move for Lallana and we want to sign him before the WC.
I really like him as a player, but think the £20-25 price thrown around is too much... Especially when we need defensive reinforcements... I'll reserve judgement until the window closes, but the last 3 out of 4 windows have been very underwhelming with this regime... I hope CL next year makes a difference in this one..

They always throw around £s every window! but those journalist have no idea what we have to spend IMO... I think if the deal makes sense, we'll do it...
Obviously, we don't have hundreds of millions to spend, but I don't think there is a cap... Considering we didn't spend our costa/willian/mykhtarian money last summer or the Konoplyanka/Salah money this Jan. + now we have CL

Which is exactly why I make every effort, unsuccessful though they might be, to ignore the transfer window rumors. I always get my hopes up, only to be disappointed. Every time. Even though we have CL, I can't help but expect disappointment this summer. So I'm just going to assume the worst: Lallana will sign for Tottenham.

I don't even understand it. It doesn't rhyme at all. Its not clever if you just take a normal set of sentences and then start singing them as if they were a song.

Pace and ability to make overlapping runs, like Evra.
Lallana is a good player but he isn't what you guys need right now. Just more bodies in the midfield.

Henderson's absence has shown us that our midfield isn't as deep as we thought, but yeah our most pressing need isn't in the midfield

Our midfield will be a little deeper next year when we bring Suso back.
