I don't know about y'all but I wouldn't mind Chelsea wearing pink feathers on their kits if it kept them from dropping points to shite clubs. Warrior and Adidas can't weave some sort of fabric that makes players perform at respectable levels?

2 months ago Pelosi injured his knee when he got slid into by a teammate and he's recovering now. Bijev was loaned out to Fortuna Düsseldorf where he didn't break in the starting 11 because of a nagging ankle injury

Yea, I knew he was loaned out. Bijev scored two I THINK against the Dynamo reserves. I know he scored. He was called up on the U-20 squad. They are playing Uruguay in Uruguay for two games, then they go to Chile for one game..

Looks like Rodgers wants Cole around and getting Sigurdsson is going to happen. How do you guys feel about these 2?

From what i have read he's a young attacking midfielder with strength on set pieces who has had success everywhere he's been. A Steven Gerrard-type of guy, and Rodgers' man. I'll be excited to have him.
I don't see Cole working out. But there is rumor of us chasing City's Adam Johnson. I believe he would be the perfect replacement for Kuyt.

i've read some on him and watched some youtube clips, and this description is pretty spot-on. i think he'd be a solid signing, and would be less than 10m

A step up from Spearing, but I don't see how this fits Rodgers scheme. He started less than half of Wigan's games this year. Wrong direction, IMO.

Well we're not exactly looking for a starter here. I would be okay with him getting action on Thursday Europa matches, and as long as he's better than Spearing I'll take it. And he's free.

I've never liked signing squad players. I know he is free, but I just don't see how he would fit into Rodgers scheme (even as a back up).
I guess if he is being signed as a back-up, then fine. I like signing guys who are going to challenge for starting roles. Plus, who knows how Lucas will look when he comes back. I'd rather a more reliable option with serious passing skills.
