Looked great on both ends today.

But when Johnson comes back does he get his spot back, no questions asked?

frick. No.

Is there anyway to get both of these guys on the pitch?

Only way Johnson should see the pitch is if he is playing winger. Dude's defense is atrocious.

Fun Stat (from Opta Liverpool via TIA Twitter): Liverpool have scored 11 goals in the 3 matches in which Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, and Andy Carroll have started together.

Hmmm, hope Johnson is ready to go. Not sure how bad Kelly was hurt (didn't look too bad). Not one of his better matches...

Agreed. Thought his movement was decent but his passing decisions and touch were pretty sub par for his standards. Does anyone know when Agger is back?

I had no idea what was up with him on the bench today. Kind of out of nowhere.

How so? I find that surprising considering how close he is linked with the place and the passion and heart he plays with in a red shirt.

TIA saying Liverpool has offered Suarez a contract extension. I don't know the details yet, but I am absolutely for locking him in long-term.

Eta: his current deal runs till 2016. Also, I guess it really doesn't matter since contracts have zero meaning in the footballing world.

Yeah but hopefully it has some inkling of an indication that he is happy where he is.

He sounds happy and ready to extend... And your right, it doesn't guarantee he won't leave this summer, but it says it's unlikely if we were to extend... If nothing else, it would mean his price goes up, too...

This is positive regardless of what ends up happening. He's going to have a huge tag if he ends up going elsewhere.

I have a gut feeling that when this team gets Agger back, we'll be an unstoppable pain train. Stu-pot is playing so much better, Stevie looks in form and hungry, our back line is strong with Carra out, Andy is playing his holding roll better and better every week, and Luis is a nightmare as always. Hell even everybody's favorite munchkin Spearo is playing well enough to let Steven roam the field.

Things are looking on the up and up boys. Can I look forward to another SB IRL rest at Finns for the semis???

The squad is immeasurably better with Suarez, Carroll and Stevie all starting. You are right about the hobbit, he played very well today. He actually made his own mark on the match. Kelly was disappointing today. Really unfortunate because he was looking so good.

I won't be there for the semi-final, it's in the middle of spring break. I will be there for the final though :knocksonwoodandslowlyclickssubmit:

Yeah I'm praying this doesn't mean Glen gets the start. Especially if Carra is playing.

Done. You're bound to it now. Whether you like it or not.

And in celebration of our hard earned victory, it feels so good to be able to post this video for the second time this year.

Only 3 weeks and 5 days until we're back again.

All roads lead to London again....
