This game screamed for a midfield of endo, jones, and Elliot and maybe Nunez up top. Arne will learn, I hope, that you have to give your best XI a break.

hey better get their fricking shite together if they think this league race is over
A poor finish of 5-1-3 or 4-4-1 would win us the title.

Sloppy would do the same thing running the same 11 out there and we always finished with a whimper. We have some depth. Play them. Ffs.

Having a break now good or bad?

I dont think we have the depth you claim we have.

We're a deep team we just need more quality in the final third and some more bodies along the backline. It all starts with selling Nunez and Jota.

can't decide if the TTA rumors ramping up have any teeth behind them but the madrid move is picking up steam again. Keep going back and forth on how I feel about it. Part of me is thinking "good for him" and the other part brings a slight bit of anger for letting the contract expire and leaving on a free. business is business, I get that. This feels like the Freddie Freeman decision all over again. Just hope to keep 2 out of the 3 big names.

He has wanted this move since he signed his last contract. He signed a four year deal knowing this would be the time he wanted to leave.
I guess there’s still time to change his mind but I have long suspected this was a done deal. There are a lot of reasons to want Madrid; better weather, bigger city, better chances to win, no longer dealing with the English media. He just won’t be a legend there and he has tainted his legacy as a scouser.

At this point you have to believe our front office know we're resigning Mo and Virgil and they were just trying to protect Trent from the blowback all along. You don't need a native son from Merseyside getting booed on the pitch enroute to a runaway league title. Even if it is just a handful of dipshit fans.

Yep. He is tarnishing his LFC legacy. He should have re-signed with LFC last year if he wanted to leave now.

Feels like ages since we’ve played
Man that week of losing to psg and Newcastle took a ton of the good vibes away from a great season
A win tomorrow would pick things back up

Gomez - out
Alisson - out
Kelleher starts in goal.
Curtis Jones starting at RB.

forever an optimist but that lineup is making it hard. Something tells me Jota is going to have a hard time today.

How come opposing players coming in full speed spikes up on Liverpool players legs, ankles, and chests are never red cards?
