Apparently an intentional elbow to Maca’s face is now only worthy of a yellow card.

It was a fair point. Only Arsenal have taken all 3 points at Villa Park this season. I’m just ready for us to sell Nunez. He isn’t good at anything and all that athletic ability and physical presence but his IQ looks to be around 70. Football IQ is even lower.

I’m pretty damn confident we sell Darwin this summer
Wouldn’t shock me if we sold Lucho to Barca either
Get some attackers that fit with Slots system and style. Gakpo and Mo seem to be the only ones we can count on. I’m afraid Jota is never going to be the guy that can put in consecutive 90 min shifts but he’s still valuable imo
I’m really concerned how it seems like our midfield has been pretty easy to go through these last few games. I think we are seeing what we all feared in Grav finally being overworked….we need to rely on Endo more
Virg and Konate are great but we desperately need a new LB. When Trent and Robbo are playing it’s just too easy for teams
The pessimist in me is concerned we get drawn with PSG in CL and get knocked out while Arsenal gets Saka back and passes us in the league
For real though, we will finally quit playing 2 games a week soon and I think that will help tremendously
(Fwiw we either play PSG or Benfica in CL, we’ll find out on Friday I believe)
