I don't see him as much of an impact player though.

He could definitely be a gold cup Beckerman type

Gyau, that's the guy I was thinking of.

Did the US every qualify so early? I can't remember if we've ever made it before the final 2 games. Definitely gives us a chance to explore some depth and young talent.

VS. Jamacia yes , but vs. Panama we will probably play our best seeing as it will be a meaningful game most likely.

We might need a return favor one day.

Alonso is the only guy who is more of a lock than Mwanga to not play for his home country, haha. Unfortunately I think he played in the Gold Cup for Cuba, and FIFA gives less leeway for political issues than the IOC

The only way he can play for the US is if Cuba gives the ok and I don't think that's going to happen.

while looking for info on Green, a US/German soccer supporter had a great thought for US National team:

United States needs to put military bases in Spain, Brazil, Argentina (aside from the Germany one) and they would be set in next 10-20 years.

Isn't that a good thing? Isn't the mom *supposedly* American?

Does Donovan have a kid?

I bet he will be in a jam band or something, regardless.

The rumor was he knocked some Merseyside scank up during his first loan to Everton.

The Spanish chicks are too damn racist to let black dudes knock them up. Thanks a lot, Dandy
