You might want to re word that, unless you are talking about how USSF classifies the leagues.

No way to enforce improving quality
Like what has been discussed a million times.
League has serious depth issues, adding more teams just dilutes the pool and makes it even worse.
But if there was an MLS II, the teams who don't get better are stuck in MLS II. It forces investment from the owners and player development at the youth level.
27/28 teams in one league is way to many.

Of course that's why I used the term. Regardless, it's easily the best league in the country, and will continue to be.

i dont know why you are so mad about the mls in austin, but i am really excited about finally getting a pro team of some kind.
sure it wont be very popular and may not succeed past a few years, but i am going to enjoy it while it lasts
