People need to relax on Wondo, he got a hat trick against Belize. Gomez is the better striker by far.

Yes, I think Boyd is a more talented player than Wondo.

Man idk, he looked so good in the midfield recently that I really think I'd like to see him as a starter there.

Would love to see Jozy, Dempsey, Landon, Stu, Cameron, Bradley as the 6 mid / up top.

Putting Wondo over Herc is atleast a debate, but over Eddie???

No.

Sure. But I think Wondo is more capable of impacting an international game than Boyd is. At least at this point.

That may change between now and next summer, but I see Boyd (and Mix) as next cycle players.

What are the chances Cameron starts at RB the first game of the WC?

CD: Obvious pick

JA: obvious pick

EJ: too inconsistent, no way he makes the team

HG: IF we take 5 forwards, he's in

TB: young and has the potential to be the future for the USA team, won't see much playing time but he'll be in Brazil

CW: Upstart and is starting to prove he can finish. Even though scoring against weak talent, he has the potential to add a spark by coming off the bench

Chances of Cameron at RB are pretty good if he spends the entire EPL season starting there and does well/improves.

I like GAM's chances to make the roster because he can also play both wings if needed.

JK doesn't like Cameron at RB, which is where he has been playing at stoke. He's also looked a bit lost there when he's played for the national team, the fact that he can play in so many spots is one of the benefits to having him around. The fact remains that RB is one of the few positions we have substantial depth, and Cameron is better suited to Defensive midfielder or center back. I'd say there is no chance of him playing regularly there next summer.

You dont know much about this team I can see.

1. Cameron will absolutely be on this team.
2. EJ will be on this team
3. Wondoloski is a 30 year old MLS lifer and goal poacher, he is not an "upstart" in any way.

Yup, score a hat truck against Costa Rica and then we can start talking.
