The media and the fans are tiring of Jozy and have begun to turn on him. He is becoming one of the scapegoats for all of the suckiness that has befallen Sunderland this season.
Unless things dramatically change for him in the next 2-3 games, I agree that he needs to get out asap. Its just about too far gone to be salvageable.
If Sunderland manages to avoid relegation, it will be viewed as doing so in spite of Jozy's play.

It takes time to acclimate yourself to a new team, especially in the EPL. How many times have we seen a player struggle in their first season with a new club, only to come into their own sometime in year two? Jozy will be fine.

I think it's probably a foul, but I also think the other guy exaggerated a little bit.
