Buy all the players linked with any other top half premier league team is the strategy I think

Had he been picking-up those straight reds all along they would have gotten along famously.

Chelsea splashing that cash. Long article discussing Chelsea and possible FIFA Fair Play consequences. LINK

By the way, this excludes the prospective purchase of Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig for £63m, which will only be booked this summer, so included in the 2023/24 accounts.

Just to keep this going.

Arsenal signed Jakob Kiwior from Spezia.

Could be another good bit of business. And looking at Arse’s chart. Arsenal didn’t have to spend what other clubs have to get here.

They have the 5th highest net spend in Europe over the last 10 years and the 3rd highest net spend in the PL in the last 5 years.

This team was built over the past 3 years. And is 1st.

The dumb deals were done under diff management and fricked up our net spend because we got nothing for a bunch of players.

my statement on spending more than some other teams is still true.

Our biggest spent year was overhauling the team completely with guys like white, ramsdale and odegaard.

They deserve credit for committing to a project and blocking out the noise the past couple of years. I was just pointing out that they have actually spent what other clubs have to get there. Only two clubs have spent more. We can go back 10yrs, 5yrs, 3yrs, etc.
