You and me are agreeing Sheep. You just said the name I was trying to avoid saying because it usually turns the thread into a disaster.

And our desire at the WC has pretty much always been there. We don't have guys playing in UCL finals so for almost all of them this is the biggest stage they will ever be on. One thing other countries fans admire about our players is their never say die attitude. This is not something unique to Jurgen's tenure.

Plain and simple this shite is awful. We just played long ball against Guatemala. In the gold cup we were outshot in every game except for Cuba or Haiti (forget which complete shite team it was). The only country in our region whose player pool is better or on par with us is Mexico. When you start struggling against minnows it's hard to blame the players.

Too obvious. I've given up hope that anything will change though.

Yep, and not even in good ways either.

I mean, Mix is not even close to a DM. Yedlin at RM pretty much eliminates all that he's good at and highlights that which he sucks at.

I don't mind some experimenting, but it should be in experimenting that takes players strengths and tries to play to them. Bradley from DM/B2B to AM - fine for a few games (but should have been scrapped already). But his experiments generally make no sense, provide nothing good, and then he sticks with it (like Bradley) despite the lack of good.

He moves these guys (Bradley, Yedlin), see's one good game out of the move, and then sticks with them there despite dozens of poor performances since. Makes no sense at all.
