This isn't old news, it was literally posted yesterday and is about Spurs' new manager.
That said, there is 0% chance he leaves Bayern.

Yeah its UK news which usually means its false and baseless.
There's no point in him coming to spurs. He wouldn't start over lamela, eriksen, siggy etc. And would either be back to playing in the youth development team or loaned out. There's a chance he could break into spurs lineup sooner than Bayern but ultimately he's an unproven prospect at this time.
There's no chance he leaves Bayern esp. since pep likes him.
