Isn't there a slight chance that it could still be Algeria?

Yes. Algeria has to beat Russia and South Korea has to be Belgium. Don't see it playing out.

If Algeria beats Russia and Korea ties or beats Belgium. The Korea one is the longer shot, to be sure.

Didn't your boss get Jurgy's letter?
I honestly feel a little light headed. I attribute it to lack of oxygen and increased adrenalin.

Ditka can't pronounce half of these players names.
Are you intimating that Ditka´s commentary about the game is OK (because ESPN´s Ian Darke has no pronunciation clue, either)?

It's surreal. We're actually through. I was so nervous all week, and now we're through.

It hasn't set in yet, but when it does, I'm celebrating with a bottle of rum.

Both should be easier to beat ze Germans. I'd say Belgium is better than us and we are better than the Algerians.

Several stars, but not a dominant cohesive group. It's a good draw for us, as good as you can get in a 2nd place finish, really.

A Vandy NC and the USMNT advancing? It's been a hell of a 24 hours!

Belgium has young world class players but their inexperience is showing.

Algeria has played well but are not that great in the grand scheme of things.

Inexperienced and facing all the pressure to win against us. They are young. It's not the worst matchup in the World (Cup).

Like an exhibition game, I think.
