It is too fricking late, a-hole. He could have been an all-time great for the USMNT.

salty yanks

a player who can't even break into Italy's bleak attack (albeit due to injuries) would be considered an all time great for all the gold cup goals and qualifiers against Guatemala, Trinidad, and Jamaica he could have accumulated over the course of his US career

Doesn't take much to become an all-time great when your program really didn't start until 1990.

The 2009 Confederations Cup.

Someone should have put in a tackle on him, with both legs and studs up.

This is the exact opposite of being salty, considering the fact he's done nothing for Italy. We would be salty if we were running down a guy who's actually mattered at the international level.

But I'm sure you have a better and more correct definition of salty thanks to your higher-level European intellect.

No. they're from people who are happy that he didn't amount to shite after picking to represent a different country.

Again, salty because one player spurned you for an opportunity to represent a respected footballing nation,
