Do you watch a lot of Ligue 2?

Nah. I only watch Ligue 1 on Bein when I work out at home. Watched a lot of Ligue 1 this way. Fell in love with Gregory Sertic in his brief spell of greatness in 2013/14. Same with Marvin Martin for that one season for Sochaux.

I know. And he's such a tremendously talented player overshadowed by Fabregas, Silva, and Mata from his generation. When he is healthy he is just as productive and he's not terrible defensively, as well as being more versatile.

I don't think they need Halovic yet since they may well have the best midfield in the entire tournament with the more experienced players:

Modric, Brozovic, Rakatic, Badelj, Kovacic

Just need to figure out how to get as much as possible out of so many playmakers.

Lovren must be injured? Who's the CB pairing? Corluka + ?

I know Srna is a veteran fixture at RB but Sime Vrsaljko was fantastic at Sassoulo this year and maybe a better option now.
Doubt Sassoulo will be able to keep him from moving to a big club this summer. . .

Vrsaljko is heavily linked with Atleti

I vaguely remember (or have created a memory of) something about him getting into a pissing match with the manager

Rebic didn't play much for Fiorentina and they loaned him to Hellas Verona for the last half of the season.

He played for Hellas a few times down the stretch and looked pretty good when I watched. He'll return to Fiorentina since Hellas was relegated but probably needs a move elsewhere to play more.

He seems like a talented player
