No fricking shite. Wondolowski can have a role on this team. He's a smarter striker and moves better than Boyd. He shouldn't start but I can see bringing him.

Not bringing Donovan is awful.

if anything happens to dempsey, we're basically fricked on offense. no creation/vision

and dempsey spends 75% of most games playing like he gives negative fricks

Honestly he shouldn't see the field.

But if Klins is taking his lets bring young guys along like Green and Yeldin then take Boyd as well.

Or anyone. I am almost to the point where I want 0 points and an awful GD to get Klinsmann fired.

The last striker spot is for a situational sub. Wondo will only play late if we need a goal. He's better suited for that than Boyd.

Did your statement not imply that you don't believe Americans know soccer well enough to criticize the coach's decision? Why don't you tell us more about how Payton doesn't draft WRs under 6' or how the Cubs will never win the World Series with Samardzija in the rotation.

Time to find a new hobby, because watching sports isn't your thing.

Issue is Wondo vs any decent competition is a ghost out there or seems to not handle the level of play.

His movement, intelligence and passing ability will keep him viable in any game. Boyd is like a less polished Jozy as of right now

Well we will see. He took Landy's spot in my eyes. I only bring up Boyd b/c Green and Yeldin are just along for the ride.

This is beyond retarded.

Yeah, leaving LD off of the roster is shocking. That's a given. I'm a bit shocked and unsure, and I've been one of the biggest Donovan detractors around.

I trust what he's doing. We're going to miss Landon, but I have no idea why he's left him off. I was sure he'd be there. There could be any number of reasons why he didn't make it. None of them have to do with Germany's path.

I would wager that Donovan was nowhere near 100%. In the end, we did fine without him while he was finding himself, no matter who it was against.
