Help me out, what is that hilarious guy´s name?
You know, of an indescribable physical presence which would aid in identifying him?
He´s funny as hell, a bit ´flighty´ and really a joy to watch/listen to? His cohorts love patching in to him, because he´s more unpredictable than funny?

Ballack is awful and speaks horrible English. There are enough fine "big name guys" available that ESPN doesn't need to resort to hiring him for these things.

im sitting there with my mom today watching the game and the post game and she was just baffled that ballack and gilberto silva (she didnt know who they were of course) were on there. it's such hard work to hear what the frick they are saying that it is a waste to have them there.

Yea there's no need to have foreign guys on there if they don't have elite English skills like Roberto Martinez or that Argentinian guy. Ruud's pretty decent but Ballack and Gilberto, while speaking plenty well enough to get by in English speaking countries, don't really speak well enough for English language television

Otherwise, we´re listening to meaningless statistics from people who have no fricking clue. Might as well put hot chicks on that have no grating accent, to spout said statistics.

I wasn't familiar with Champion before, but I LOVED him today in the Netherlands-Spain game. Thought he was awesome.

Gilberto Silva's command of the English language is phenomenal by Brazilian footballers' standards. He actually made some really good points yesterday about Brazil.

eh, whatever. none of them are providing any crazy insights that a ton of people who speak clean english can't provide. it has nothing to do with the fact that they are foreign, i just have to work too hard to hear a few of them. ruud and roberto martinez are both easily understood, for example.

Barrera is a pretty useful player. On the other hand, Eric Hassli, more like Eric FatAssli
I generally root against the Scorpions, because I was an unpaid intern with them for about six months during their inaugural season. At the end of the season they were short staffed, and I had to serve as assistant kit man for a team without a washing machine. Also, the San Antonio supporter groups remind me more of anime conventioneers than football fans.
It's a shame because the franchise is the best run of any lower division club.

Barrera was one of the players Wynalda brought over when he cannibalized Cal FC to make the Silverbacks functional. They're all elsewhere now, I think, but I really liked watching him play
Would like to say that your story surprises me, but unfortunately, it doesn't. I know it's surely a struggle down there, but that kind of stuff doesn't sit well with me. I am surprised they didn't try to make jersey washing into some halftime experience for youth teams
