Came off the thigh, but I even think it's still a pen. Arms were behind his back and then he moves them when the ball is struck.

I think there's an argument to be made, but the fact the he had his arm behind his bad and then moved it is suspect. If it had just been out and went off his thigh first I think you could claim proximity as well. Tough break

It’s aggregate score between this game and the one next week in Munich, right? So if this holds and PSG wins by 3, Bayern would have to win game 2 by 4 to advance, correct?
