Changes nothing. I'll say again, Cahill was absolutely immense in that run and was a big part of why Chelsea lifted the trophy.

It's foolish to try and predict how Mou will roll out his squad in a big match, but I could realistically see any and all of those players listed starting the first match against Atletico.

They have experience, no team ever stays fully intact, especially on big name teams, we all know that, their experience is in key places though down the middle and in the back. I am an Everton fan, have been since the mid 80's so I really don't like Chealsa and hope A.M. win.
As for R.M. vs. Bayern it could end up 7-3 the other way, if either team is up by 2 in the second leg this game will be wide open and I predict a lopsidded win, I just think Bayern is the better over all team, I think Bayern has been playing half azz and will pick it up vs. R.M., we will see.

I was just fricking with you because you were acting like choosing Atletico was some brave pick. Anyone who has seen them play this year knows that, when healthy, they are a force to be reckoned with. I don't really give a shite why you spelled it that way. I wouldn't spell it correctly, though that might have changed this year, with any sort of regularity if I didn't follow La Liga, i.e., I probably would have misspelled it a few years ago.

Just last year Celtic played IF Elfsborg where they had Mo Bangura loaned out. This was the response from UEFA just last year:

It's pretty clear that this is complete bullshite. Atletico got a great deal on one of the top keepers in the world and they knew this was a possibility when they took this deal.
Apples and oranges... one appears to be a "gentlemen's" agreement, so UEFA is cool with it...
Chelsea chose not to do their due diligence and put a clause in that requires AM to pay for him to play... UEFA says no...
If AM should desire to honor not playing him, in the spirit of their original agreement, I doubt UEFA would make them play him..

Pep's new style works a lot better with Thiago on the pitch, but we might not even have him if we make it to the final.
I said going into the knockout stages that Real look like the team to beat...really would have preferred to see them after the semis (rather play them once than twice). At least FS1 will be showing plenty of clips from the 2012 semifinals.
Rooting for Athletico on the simple fact I don't want to see 472 Drogba PK replays if Chelsea gets through.
Also, Hope Bastian gets his crap together...need him at top notch level vs. Madrid.
