Yeah, I just don't see RVP coming to Man U. He needs to go somewhere outside of England.
PSG sounds like the best spot.

I want them to let him finish out his contract, then let him walk. Yeah they got giroud, but the problem last year was there was no one remotely good enough to back up rvp. If he went down, we would have finished bottom half of table. Like last year, i fear if they let him go, they wont bring anyone in until january. at that point we may be too far behind the manchester clubs. Who knows, win a trophy and he may stay.
Yeah he is replaceable, but not for a club like Arsenal that is stingy with money and so close to having a championship team. Losing rvp and hoping someone develops isnt going to cut it.

Well, Arsenal's last title was the FA Cup in 2005...

We are going to throw DOWN!!!!!
A healthy Wilshere and healthy Sagna last season and Arsenal would have probably been a trophy winner.

He has a point about Bendtner.

Frick RVP.
Arsenal now needs to do what is best for Arsenal.
If City is willing to pony up 20-25m, sell his arse. I don't care if it's in the EPL. Take the money.
That's a helluva lot better than keeping him for another year and let him walk for free. It will be fun hating on him next year anyway, if he's still in England.
His statement was chickenshit, but it definitely got the job done; no way Arsenal can keep him around for his walk year now.

City already said they will go no higher than 15m plus now it seems they wont break their wage structure for him either. That being said, no way should we sell another one of our players to City. There is PSG and Jueventus interested. Sell to one of those. Maybe he can go to Paris and when all those important Ligue 1 trophies he so desperately wants. And his statement was meant to show the club that he does not want to play at Arsenal next year. It was basically a, for the lack of a better word, bitch way to ask for a transfer.

I'd be shocked if anyone pays that much.

what do you guys think about Man U possibly making a run? I was listening to the 5 live podcast today and they said Man U and Man City were both willing to pay and double his current salary. Also said, Juventus were thinking of making a run but they said RVP doesn't like Italy for some reason.

Never thought I would say this but I pray RVP goes to Man U over Man Shitty. At least Man U has history and is respected club, although I do tend to hate them in a sporting way of course. Plus Rooney and RVP would be something special to watch.
I don't know if its that RVP doesn't like Italy as much as he has his heart set on that 200k contract City is willing to give him.
