Wow that shite was crazy. I guess England, France, Spain and Portugal would be the most "targeted" teams by the locals based on the skin color of the players.

You think FIFA would have picked just about anywhere else in Europe. Although I'm sure none of this will be visible while watching the matches

But Sol Campbell made a great point - why reward these countries with this honor before they clean this behavior up? Use the hosting of this tournament as the "carrot" for them to fix the problem.

One would hope not. But Ukraine is in a group with England and France who have a decent amount of black players. Just hope what we saw on this doc is limited more to those clubs and their hooligans and not prevelant throughout the entire country

I'd like to see an undercover investigation in other countries to compare. Just to see if they weren't just targeting Ukraine and Poland specifically.

I think they addressed that a little in the film, saying that they knew there was racism in England but that it was dealt with right away, unlike they argued in Poland/Ukraine where it was allowed to carry on in stadiums since the police and authorities turned a blind eye.
I think this goes right in line with what FIFA seems to be doing as well. FIFA seems to be trying to impact social change by bringing these tournaments to these countries (S. Africa, Brazil, Russia, Poland, etc) rather than waiting for the countries to show that they can handle this type of prestige.

SFP, these guys are from the Ukraine. They hated Soviets and many collaborated with Nazis during WWII. I am not surprised to see them approve of Hitler and look at Nazi imagery in a nostalgic light.
I would venture to guess that Serbia, Croatia, and possibly Bulgaria would compare in terms of xenophobia and hatred of minorities, but Poland and the Ukraine are notoriously racist countries.
I am still shocked they were chosen to host anything besides a U-19 tournament for women.
The countries with the least amount of racism in the stands, without a doubt, are England, Germany, Holland, and Turkey (note that I said lack of racism, not insane people who will throw missiles into the opposing stands).
By some stroke of luck, Poland got placed in a lily white group with the Czech Republic, Russia, and Greece. Countries that have very few minorities (outside of Russia, but their minorities will not support the Russian NT).
On the other hand, Ukraine is placed with England and France, which will have minority fans and players.
