We don't, we play one of the "8 best" third place teams but according a set of pre-determined criteria

Right now it's 99% that we play the Group B team, Bosnia. There are some combo of other results that could us the Group I or Group J teams

It doesn't really matter if Bosnia is the #1 ranked 3rd place team or the 8th, just that they are in Group B

There are 120 possible combinations of 3rd place teams left. 119 of those have us playing the group B team which is Bosnia. The other one has us playing group I. The iteration for that lone circumstance is having 3rd place teams from the following groups advance: B, E, G, H, I, J, K and L
