Very, very puzzling sub.
Only thing that makes remotely sense is the fact that Drogba already had a yellow.

I can agree with the sub. Drogba had been playing hard and was tired by the 80th minute. Torres' work rate up top has been incredible recently and we could depend on him to frustrate them and put pressure ahead of the midfield with his fresh legs, even though we were down to 10 men. I'm not sure that Drogba would've had the legs to score that final goal. The sub paid off.

I love that we are questioning subs from RDM, when a couple of months ago we were wondering what in the hell AVB was doing with the starting XI and the subs. Just driving home the point that he had lost the locker room and had to go.

I am still surprised they pulled it off. After they were down 2-0 with 10 men no one saw this outcome.

I never particularly liked Chelsea but they certainly are earning my respect right now by fighting to the end in the face of all of this

They're earning your respect by playing 11 people behind the ball? yeah, that's great soccer.

I'm watching for the first time FYI, at half now. Pissed at the time wasting from the get go by Chelsea.

So it's only 10 behind the ball? Who the frick cares how Chelsea did it. You can't run at Barca, they will destroy you. RDM came up with some tactics and they worked. Bottom line, Chelsea is going to Munich, Barca is not.

Yes I'm sure we would have missed the free flowing Arsenal style in this clash.
We just won a two leg clash against the best team arguably ever assembled. Sorry if we didn't move the ball like the 1970s Dutch national side. Haters gon hate!

You guys tried open play against Barca last year, how did that work out? Hope you enjoyed the that "great soccer" though.

On a side note, Lampard's pass to Ramires is underrated.

A fricking yellow for time wasting? Is he supposed to sprint?

Its cumulative.. the goal kicks have been about 10 minutes of the game thus far.

Pretty well until the undeserved second yellow on Van Persie. Up 3-2. But, this is professional sports. The only thing that matters is the result. Doesn't matter how it is earned. Congrats to Chelsea.

We get it, you don't like Chelsea.

He didn't spend anymore time on goal kicks than goal keepers ever do. Barca's fans were just in an uproar and the ball boys threw the ball out there directly after it sailed out of bounds every time so it looked like it was taking longer. Sometimes he was having to take the goal kick before either team's players were past the half way line because the crowd was able to cower the ref into making a stupid call.

God I fricking hate this game, most undeserving champion's league final participant ever if this next 20 goes the way I think it will.

Trollers gonna troll. What would you do in the same situation? Push and try to beat Barca at the same game everyone else did, or win how you won playing a week ago?

awe-inspiring football match between Aston Villa and Wolves.

There was a nil-nil firecracker back in the third week of the season. Interesting fact, that point put Wolves on top of the table for roughly an hour or two. Another interesting fact, Wolves have only scored 15 points in the last 32 weeks of the season.

To all these haters on my responses on this page... remember I was watching for the first time while most of you were reading them knowing the result.

But yeah, I was "rooting" for barca in this match, in the way that I would root for the thunder over the bulls in the finals (i.e. I don't give a shite about the NBA or either team, but I slightly like a few of the thunder's players, and rooting is more fun than not)

Either way, as a fan of the beautiful game I hate seeing a team win like that. That's all. It's not "trolling" or "chelsea hate"
