Szczesny has one goal conceded in three EPL starts. Hopefully Wenger will keep playing him.

Szczesny seems to becoming very confident and i like that. i like him better than fabianski right now.
RVP looks awesome which is awesome hopefully he just stays healthy.
and walcott and fabregas seem to be on the same page they are linking up a lot

RvP is scoring goals for fun at the moment. This is very good for us. Hope whatever squad Arsene throws out there Tuesday can take care of Ipswich.

What i really like is the number of shots he is taking. He seems to have gotten into his niche of making 2-3 yards of space on his left foot and curling it around the the back post. Hes hit the post a number of times. the more games he has hopefully the more accurate that will become. He is not allowed to go play with the netherlands until the season is over.

Like that Southampton kit he's wearing. The next Walcott supposedly.

Looks to be a good one for the future. If he, Wellington, Afobe, Aneke, Myachi, JET, and others can live up to even 70% of the hype, we are going to be scary good for awhile.
Also, do you think Arsene will allow Afobe to play for Huddersfield against us on Sunday? He let Watt for Leeds...I hope he does. I've never been able to watch a full match from Afobe and we should be able to dispense of Huddersfield easily with or without him.

One would think. I thought Watt looked a decent player against us, which was reassuring for some reason.

That's not even to count those kids younger than these guys. This u-18 class looks fairly weak, though, with only maybe Miquel making it.

Yeah Watt looked good. He might make the first team bench in a year or two. He's more of a true winger than anyone we have right now. Seems like he could be a useful player.

okay, so maybe he was 3 days late, I know he meant that for me

Hahaha. Nice.
Today's a big day...Come on you Gunners! Get us a trophy!
Also, Bougherra is being linked with us again. Arsene was scouting Rangers the other night...

Yep, huddled over my computer scouring the internet for a good feed.

It's nearing the end of the transfer window and Wenger hasn't signed a CB. Should I be worried?
Posted on 1/26/11 at 10:59 pm to LSUArsenal
Never expected him to do anything in the first place. I am always resigned to the fact he will be plenty conservative.

If we can survive until Vermealen comes back, we should be alright. The Djourou-Koscielny partnership looks pretty stout though. Though we have been linked to Sahko for 12 million pounds, which would be a stellar move in all honesty.

Relying on two guys who are injury risks (TV5 and Djourou) kind of scares me. Djourou's had a nice run recently though so maybe those days are behind him. So long as Squillaci never sees the field again, I'll be happy.
Also, Afobe was given permission to play Sunday.

Squillaci paired with Djourou is an alright combo. Djourou and Koscielny seems to work really well.
JD is turning into an immense player, showing flashes of the player he was in late 2009 when he subbed in for Gallas. He's excellent in the air, composed on the ball, and doesn't rush up field without proper cover. Koscielny has played better recently as well. His distribution is fairly good, as he had that one ball against Leeds to Sagna over the top that was excellent. The key is to avoid the pairing of Squillaci and Koscielny, as neither provides a significant amount of strength or aerial presence.
Also, how excellent was Wilshere yesterday? That ball he played to Fabregas's head that Fab couldn't control was nice, and that diagonal switch through ball sublime, as was the take and goal by Bendtner. I really hope Ramsey comes back to be a player because when Fab leaves, a combo of Ramsey, Wilshere and Song would be immense.
