If tweet fails to load, click here. What an absurd football player he is. Can you imagine him pinging some of those long balls to some new runners on a break? Hope he can stay healthy and play a bit for us next year. Still only 23, 2 years younger than Kiwior
I feel like he has the skills to play the 8 position as well

Cala is insanely talented. He could definitely be a no. 8 if Arteta played him there. I think his best position would be in a back 3, as his style is reminiscent of the older sweepers who could carry the ball into the middle of the field. He's just a left-sided player who fits into any position on that side of the field.

Just needs to stay healthy.
Supposedly big Gabi is going to sign a deal until 2030.
And we didn’t have him or Gabi fully fit for both legs against psg but started the league match.

Supposedly, Gabi, Saka, Saliba, MLS, and Ethan are all in the pipeline as far as extensions go. Definitely just as important as adding additional talent elsewhere

I guess the reports were Saka and Saliba were positive talks.
But Gabi rejected a move to Saudi and will sign his extension.
We had real interest in Mbuemo. There has been contact with Sane’s camp. They also like Gordon and Williams but those will be hard deals to do.
And zubimendi deal is signed. No backing out now.
From Mokbel. He’s stayed firm on that Zubi deal.
And Kai.
For reference…

Arsenal have made Rodrygo their number one winger target this summer. Story with @Rodra10_97 We can exclusively reveal the recruitment team at Arsenal are in unanimous agreement that Rodrygo Goes is a player who could be the difference in the hunt for major silverware. Several key figures at Arsenal have spoken to Rodrygo including first team players about life at Arsenal / North London. Other PL sides are involved and have set out their strategy to lure him but I am told Arsenal will present a strong financial offer if the player is placed on the market. What is the current situation? As we reported weeks ago, Rodrygo is set to have a meeting with Xabi Alonso regarding his future role at Real Madrid. This meeting is yet to take place and we can also exclusively reveal Rodrygo will try to emphasise his will to play a left sided role. The Brazilian feels this is where he can express himself best and maximise his creative potential positionally. The Club World Cup will be a key indicator of how Rodrygo’s future is settled. Real Madrid are adamant they do not want to sell Rodrygo unless the player asks for a move personally. Arsenal are willing to pull off a “Özil” esque transfer and compete with any club for the services of Rodrygo should he become available.
Very reliable Arsenal guy, maybe the only non Ornstein guy to trust out there
ETA: not that it means anything unless Madrid let him leave

This kind of aligns with what we heard. Arsenal would be willing to push a big package for this type of signing.
Not for the next tier down of player like Williams, Gordon or Mbuemo. We weren’t going to match Uniteds offer to Mbuemo, but we would go above that for a rodrygo.

I hadn’t realized he’s scored 20 goals for us.
That’s pretty impressive for a CB.

The fact we can consistently find him from corners is impressive. Our delivery from set plays is always really good.

Ø with an assist today against Italy. 3 chances created, 4/4 long balls. Good performance from the captain

Hopefully he gets healthy, he looked better the last few weeks.

Sesko rumors have started up again today. I’m tired of hearing about it, just do something

Kepa coming over from Chelsea for 5 million. Would rather this and pay a higher wage than spending 20+ million on a goalkeeper for the 3 of the last 4 seasons.

Thank you God. We didn't drop 20/25 mil on a backup keeper. Berta is already my hero.

It is kinda hilarious tho that in our most important window ever, Arteta buys a keeper as our first signing
